How to edit a message
In the message field you can edit the text that is sent to the customer. Its possible to use short codes as well.

You can use short codes to personalize the message that is sent.
Like {Username} will be replaced by the customers username from Facebook.
Example, if the Facebook user name is Peter:
Hi {UserName}, will be translated into Hi Peter,
Below the message field there is a list of available short codes for that message.
Note: You can only use short codes listed, and they need to be copy/pasted exactly as they appear.
